Static and dynamic FEM analysis

Static and dynamic analyses are an integral part of the development process. Successful elaboration requires an experienced team and advanced software equipment. Evektor offers both - a highly experienced and professional team with a full complement of analytical tools in the area of the aircraft and automotive industry.

Strength analyses

We strive to apply our experience, gained in the area of strength analysis in the aircraft industry, as well as other areas such as consumer and light industry products, resulting in the design of reliable, light and resistant machines and equipment. Our experience includes:

  • Strength analyses using the FEM
  • Creation of models of individual parts and assemblies for the FEM analysis (preprocessing using ANSA, FEMAP, PATRAN, ANSYS and HyperWorks/HyperMesh systems)
  • Linear and non-linear analyses by means of the FEM using MSC/NASTRAN, ANSYS and MARC systems
  • Solution of optimization tasks in the HyperWorks/Optistruct system
  • Analyses of bar structures and mechanisms
  • Determination of fatigue strength and fatigue life
  • Weight optimization and analysis

Dynamic analyses

The dynamic analyses using advanced software rank among the efficient methods of researching the dynamic phenomena and their effects on the technical parameters of structure. We have extensive experience especially with:

  • Modal analyses (analyses of natural frequency) of structures, including their optimization
  • Acoustic and vibration analyses for elimination of noise and vibrations
  • Non-linear dynamic simulations of real structures (geometrical and material non-linearity, contact tasks, combination with thermal tasks) - MARC
  • Simulation of systems with many elements with their kinematics and dynamic dependence – ADAMS
  • Modelling of dynamic and mechatronic systems and special dynamic issues in - MATLAB
  • Analysis of vibration spreading in the structure
  • Simulation of crash tests
  • Assessment of fatigue strength of parts
